If you change your mind about your floral arrangement prior to Honesty Flora purchasing flowers for your order, Honesty Flora is happy to refund your entire order. Please let us know as early as possible that you would like to cancel your order so that we can accommodate your refund request.

Please ensure delivery address details are correct as we cannot refund orders if you have provided incorrect delivery details.
